Ethimo and Christophe Pillet suggest unique visions for continuing to ‘live the sea’
Baia is the lounge collection that, together with Costiera, is the first amazing nautical challenge taken up by Ethimo, produced in collaboration with Christophe Pillet. Design, function and performance meet the technical knowhow of the yachting world. Featuring soft cushions resting on a base whose ‘border’ is formed by a system of fabric-covered panels, with the option of a leather insert, Baia now comes with two new finishes in fibre and rope that not only highlight the tailoring touch by lending an even more distinctive look to the entire line, but also introduce the idea of the sea as a lifestyle.
Baia Natural is the first new range that characterises the entire collection with refined panels in fibre that recall the texture of natural rattan, teamed with a frame in Limestone white and natural teak inserts. The soft cushions in Maiorca fabric lend maximum comfort to each element. Baia Rope, the second version, surrounds the furnishings with panels in dove-grey rope, teamed with a mud-colour frame and inserts in pickled teak to generate a refined, con-temporary visual effect. Soft cushions in Taupe fabric com-plete the outline of the seating.
