During the autumn edition of “Maison&Objet”, Ethimo showed a preview of its 2017 collection.
The exhibition area, conceived by Patrick Norguet, perfectly described Ethimo's style. The harmonic simplicity of the Mediterranean setting, evoked through the use of whitened wood and green grasses, well-recreated Ethimo's outdoor experience.
The Esedra Collection by Luca Nichetto, first showcased during the last edition of the “Salone del Mobile” welcomes in Paris a new entry: the big oval dining able. As the rest of the collection, it gets inspiration from classical architecture’s features and shapes.
The “Clostra” panels, created in collaboration with the Italian-French designer Emmanuel Gallina, are ingenious shields made of teak and aluminium that remind stylized trees.
Maison&Objet was also the perfect chance to take a closer look at the “Nicolette” armchair, by Patrick Norguet, and its multiple customizations. The 6 available colors of the aluminum structure can be matched with 3 different fabric variations to create 24 possible combinations.
New dining features have been included also in the Swing line: the table made of pickled teak and aluminum combines perfectly with the dining armchairs whose backrests' motives are the same ones that characterize the swing and the lounge seats.
New lines and materials also involve Ethimo's tables. The Play collection is a range of highly-versatile tables. The wide choice of dimensions (100x100 cm; 150x150 cm,100x200 cm; 100x274 cm) and the big variety of materials available for the tabletop (aluminum, natural teak, pickled teak and stone-effect stoneware) make Play tables perfect for contract and residential environments and extremely suitable for any kind of seat.
One of the latest news is the “Disegno” top, made out of three different kinds of ceramic that mixed together create geometrical patterns in various color nuances.
