Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano Hall 10 Stand A03/B01
At the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2016 in Milan, on an exhibition space steeped in Mediterranean atmosphere, Ethimo presented its preview of the latest collections that have sprung from its collaboration with designers Luca Nichetto and, once again, Patrick Norguet. The contemporary yet comfortable lines of the two projects alternate modern and traditional materials, and place special emphasis on design concepts that are innovative and sophisticated.
The Esedra collection conceived by the designer Luca Nichetto is a ‘multi-sensory’ product which places the fibre centre-stage, unleashing the expressive range of the material. The collection has been designed to furnish either dining or lounge areas. Its distinctive ‘C’ shaped structure echoes the architectural structure (exedra) which gives the collection its name.
The Nicolette armchair by Norguet blends an aluminium structure with a fabric and teak backrest, an interpretation that is the perfect definition of unconventional elegance. The outstanding features are its refined simplicity, its delicacy and functionality all of which combine attention to detail and carefully researched materials. It is the perfect chair for furnishing outdoor spaces or for adding elegance to interior living areas.
The Salone exhibition has once again highlighted Ethimo's passion for design and its desire to create products that are made for comfort but have a contemporary modern feel and which express the quality that authentic, Made in Italy design, is all about.
We would like to offer our thanks to everyone who visited our stand and showed their appreciation for our work; it's what gives us the incentive to keep creating and improving.
