From 6 to 10 November Paris hosted Equip Hotel, an important international exhibition dedicated to the novelties in both Contract and Hospitality fields.
Ethimo presented its collections in an exhibition area of 105m2, where great importance was given not only to the products but also to the materials used. The new stand concept was conceived to highlight each item and all its features, through the use of curvilinear displays with essential design, especially thought to show all the peculiar characteristics of every piece.
The decomposition of the products into their constituent elements and meterials, together with the support of photographic images, allowed to analyse the full spectrum of the design.
In this framework, some of Ethimo's best seller collections such as Laren, Costes and Swing shared the spolight with the 2017 novelties Esedra, Nicolette, Play and Clostra shields.
Equip Hotel was also the perfect occasion to show a preview of collections which have been expressly developed for the Hospitality sector.
Agave, designed by Mattia Albicini, is a range composed of a dining table, dining armchairs, and lounge armchairs which can be combined with low tables. The Sepia black metal structure mixed with teak recalls the '50s design.
The Kilt seat, by Marcello Ziliani, is highly suitable for contract use. Made of stainless steel and round rope, it is sturdy, versatile, stackable and functional.
Last but not least, the Stitch armchair. Three years after its first appearance on Ethimo's catalogue, it has been showcased in a new version composed of a warmwhite metal structure and natural teak slats.
